Versapanel 2 1/2" (64mm)

Versapanel reimagines versatility and flexibility by offering a metal panel solution for either walls or roofs. This highly energy-efficient wall system is defined by bold ribs that add an attractive linear definition to large structures.

 

Features:

  • Substrates:
    • Standard - 26/26 G-90 galvanized steel face and liner
    • Optional gages available, consult CENTRIA.
  • Surface Finish:
    • Exterior – Non-directional embossing, planked or flat
    • Interior – Non-directional embossing, planked
    • Optional Duracast textured finish is available. Consult CENTRIA for panel length options.
  • Joinery:
    • Double tongue-and-groove joinery with factory-applied air and vapor seal.
  • Panel Width:
    • 36" [914mm]
  • Panel Length:
    • 6’ to 48’ [1.83m to 14.63m]
  • Panel Depth:
    • 2 1/2" [64mm]
  • "R" Value:
    • 2 1/2"depth - R19 [64mm – U=0.30 W/m2K]

    R-values are based on ASTM C1363 testing. Air films are included.

RESEARCH REPORTS

  • All CENTRIA products undergo stringent testing to ensure their performance. Versapanel panels are tested in compliance with UL, FM, and ASTM procedures as well as various regional and local building code requirements.
