SRS 3 Curved Structural Standing Seam Roof System

CENTRIA's curved SRS 3 Structural Standing Seam Roof System’s striking lines that are smooth and unbroken, give you the ability to create dramatic roof designs that transcend the ordinary.

With its proven record of long-term performance, the SRS 3 curved system offers more than just the enhanced aesthetics of a standing seam roof -- it offers versatility, simplified installation, maximum weathertightness and improved life-cycle costs over competitive systems. The 3" [76mm] standing seam creates a bold look while the separate, mechanically seamed batten provides exceptional resistance to weather and severe wind conditions.

SRS 3 curved roofs are available in CENTRIA's full range of colors

SRS 3 curved roofs are fast and easy to install, helping you save time and money.

  • Concealed clips hold roof securely in place while permitting thermal movement
  • Long span capabilities can reduce support steel requirements
  • Continuous long-length panels available to eliminate endlaps

CENTRIA SRS 3 roof panels meet or exceed testing guidelines for the following performance tests:

  • UL 580 Class 90
  • FM 1-90
  • UL 263 for fire resistance
  • ASTM E-1680 for air infiltration
  • ASTM E-1646 for water infiltration
  • ASTM E-1592 for wind uplift
  • Substrates:
    • Machine curves available in 22 [.76mm] and 20 [.91mm] gage galvanized or galvalume steel (Consult CENTRIA about other substrates and minimum radii)
  • Panel Width:
    • 12" [305mm], 16" [406mm] and 18" [457mm] panel widths
  • Other Details:
    • Clean, unbroken, symmetrical lines with concealed clips and continuous transitions
    • Crimp-free curving process provides smooth sight lines
    • Long panel lengths eliminate endlaps and improve weather resistance
    • 16 [1.52mm] gage, two-piece clip and panel interlock design allows unimpeded thermal movement
    • On-site mechanical seaming ensures weather resistance, enhances appearance
    • 20 gage panels available for use in areas where wind loads may be extreme
    • Walk-down curves available in 22 [.76mm]gage steel to a radius of 200' [60.96m] or greater
    • Machine curves available in 22 [.76mm] and 20 [.91mm] gage galvanized or galvalume steel (Consult CENTRIA about other substrates and minimum radii)
    • Roof panel curving performed on-site or in the plant, using CENTRIA supplied equipment
